Return Policy

Hi JHLADIES !

You can always request to return the products if you ever find any defects.

Also if we have sent the wrong products and we have no more stocks on the right products, you may also return the products. We will give you a full refund.

Simply contact us on WhatsApp 0878-8000-7641 and we will reply you shortly. Do not forget to mention your order number.

Please note that we only accept product return if there are any defects on the product or we have sent the wrong one. Other than that reason, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot accept the return.

Return Policy

If the product you wish to return is sold out and we cannot replace it with the new one, we will give a full refund.

# You should create a request within 1 days after you receive the product and please make sure to provide unboxing video, order number, and detailed information on why you want to return the product(s). You can send it to us via WhatsApp 0878-8000-7641. Only after receiving our response will you be able to return the product.

# You will then have 3 days starting from after you receive our response to send it back. Watches, Power Banks, and Bags (if there are any) must be returned with their original boxes.

# If we receive your package more than 3 days, we have the authority to cancel your product return.

Ketentuan complain kurang barang :

1. Wajib punya timbangan minimal 200 kg (khusus pengiriman kargo)

2. Barang datang langsung divideokan mulai dari barang masih utuh, kemudian timbang, cek beratnya samakan dengan timbangan di paket

3. Masih dalam kondisi video, kemudian buka packingan hitung quantitinya saja agar lebih cepat

4. Untuk barang yg pakai bubble bisa di buka dulu buble nya, baru di videokan dan info di video bahwa packing buble sudah dibuka setelah itu timbang dan hitung quantitinya aja, mau jam, tas, pb, hitung quantitiy saja. Videokan sampai paket kosong/habis

5. Setelah itu bisa cek di kertas invoice nya, samakan qty di video pertama dengan qty di invoice, kalau beda , bisa di videokan lg yg kurang warna/kode berapa.

6. Info ke adm complain sertakan foto kertas invoice dan video unboxing.
